Responsibility

1. New Tray type verification and preparation in ENG phase, communication the drawing, verification, delivery and qualification form EM/TE to assembly house.

2. Support finance check the fixed assets of the assembly house

3. Support Wafer, PO preparation for expired martial lifetime extension, e.g. leadframe, substrate…follow up and feedback assembly owner FT, reliability the schedule and result

4. ENG Material inventory status, e.g, wafer, substrate…

5. Lots/ wafer custom clearance issue

6. Return wafer/skeleton to MPSCD if any requirement. e.g. old inventory wafer inventory and return CD

7. Create ENG-BK in QMS as owner requested

8. Support owner to prepare ENG wafers

9. Track qualification status(assembly, FT , Rel status)

10. Follow up pp run lots yield, rel result, PP lot summary, SL report, feedback to Assy owner the result

11. Questions about PO/EABR requirements , align with MPS Planner/ EABR owner & Assy house for PO/EABR update

12. Contact with subcons for non-quality request ,such as COC ,MSDS ,SGS ,survey etc.

13. Contact with assembly house for process data survey(e.g. POD, die shear /wire pull etc.) ,and feedback the result to assembly owner review.

14. Take charge of managing internal records and gathering , summary, classify and archiving of various documents, regular checking if any miss-upload by each Assy owner, assembly management documents update and fan out.

2. Good logic thought and clear head

3. Good tracking ability, good communication and negotiation

4. Good English reading and writing ability

5. Bachelor and above
