Summary:
Evaluate and deliver customer requirements to internal departments, coordinate resources of related departments to complete customer requirements and report to customers.
评估并传递客户需求,协调公司各部门资源完成客户需求后汇报给客户。
Responsibilities:
1. Rresponsible for evaluating customer requirements collected by CQEA and communicating with customer to determine the final requirements
2. Responsible for conveying customer requirements to internal departments, organizing cross-function cooperation to provide and manage customer requirement data.
3. Responsible for managing internal changes and customer change notifications
4. Responsible for submitting regular reports to customers and management team.
5. Responsible for the development and maintenance of quality information technology system.
6. Support the analysis, corrective action and reporting of customer complaints.
7. Provide necessary training to CQEA and other staff in in the group.
1、 负责评估助理客户质量工程师收集到的客户需求,并与客户沟通确定最终要求;
2、 负责传达客户需求到公司内部,组织跨部门合作,提供和管理客户需求信息;
3、 负责管理内部变更和客户变更通知;
4、 负责定期提交报告给客户和管理团队;
5、 负责质量信息技术系统的开发和维护;
6、 协助完成客户投诉的分析、改进和报告;
7、 向助理客户质量工程师和其他部门员工提供必要的培训。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or master degree in electronics, >2 years of relevant experience (work experience is not required for exceptional Graduates).
2. Familiar with IC quality knowledge, JEDEC test methods and standards.
3. Familiar with statistical and engineering skills to enable interaction with various engineers.
4. Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, RMA and 8D reporting, wafer and package characteristics is preferred.
5. Good English skills, able to communicate clearly and accurately to internal departments and to customers.
6. Good Microsoft Office, Excel VBA skills is preferred.
7. Good communication skill and team spirit.
1、 电子相关专业研究生毕业或本科毕业,>2年相关经验(特别优秀的毕业生,无需工作经验);
2、 熟悉集成电路质量知识, JEDEC测试方法和标准;
3、 熟悉统计学和工程知识;
4、 具备FMEA,PPAP,RMA和8D报告,晶元和封装特性等知识优先;
5、 较强的英文能力,能清晰准确将信息传递给内部和外部客户;
6、 具备使用微软办公软件的良好能力, 会Excel VBA优先;
7、 良好的沟通能力和团队精神。
