Responsibilities
• Be responsible for the maintenance of office environment, the procurement and distribution of office supplies to meet the office needs of all departments.
• Coordinate the administrative logistics, including the management of canteen, vehicle scheduling clean service and other affairs.
• Prepare the annual administrative budget and complete the administrative expense analysis report and assist the fixed asset management and record.
• Collect and pre-check invoices; complete reimbursement requests; track payment status and file documents.
• Support to organize and coordinate all kinds of celebrations and activities.
• Hotel and travel service provider management, and support for business visa application.
• Shall comply with relevant HSE regulations, not limited to training, system documentation and the relevant professional skills for the position.
• Complete other administrative tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and above.
• At least 3 years of administration related working experience in MNC company.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Good skills of various office software.
• Good communication, coordination and execution skills.
• Higher standard of ethics, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player.
