4. Employ a proactive problem-solving approach to assist customers in specifying and selecting our cutting-edge products.
5. Anticipate and address the evolving requirements, expectations, and needs of customers, acting as the pivotal point of contact between the business and the customer.
6. Provide customers with timely updates and comprehensive reports on project status, fostering transparency and trust.
7. Global Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly across internal departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment with parent and global customer strategies.
8. Cross-Functional Teamwork: Engage in cross-functional and intercultural teamwork, collaborating with diverse segments and regions to drive collective success.
9. Technical & Commercial Negotiations: Play a key role in both technical and commercial negotiations, confidently promoting our value and securing strong partnerships.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Machinery, Engineering, Food Technology, or pharmaceutical fields.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, with a strong ability to grasp technical concepts and a proven track record of achieving results.
3. In-depth knowledge of business sales and marketing practices in the region, with experience in seal selling being a valuable plus.
4. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and an excellent team player, willing to travel frequently across China.
5. Exceptional written and oral English communication skills.
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
