Responsibilities and function
• Fast Learner for CLAAS group purchasing and supplier chain management process
• Performing Request for Information, Request for Quotation process in China and Asia. Analysing and monitoring feedback answers to maximize projects relocation possibilities
• Performing negotiations and preparation of supplier agreements and contracts
• Support and monitoring supplier on time delivery for serials parts and samples
• Intensive communication with the CLAAS organization within the tasks
• Report deviations or obstacles to reach the project goals to the supervisor and organization
• Team assistant, follow instructions of supervisor on tasks or missions, which should have a close relation to business and procurement tasks of CAST
Requipments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or technical background
• High intercultural awareness (Europe-China)
• Ability to work independently, personal power of persuasion, confident occurrence and team spirit
• High degree of willingness to travel
• Be able to communicate with global colleagues in business fluent English
• Has plan to stay in Suzhou for long terms
