We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Agricultural Product Trainee/Intern to join our team, who have a strong background in agriculture, excellent communication skills, and a passion for market research and customer engagement. Based in Qingdao and/or Gaomi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication Material Preparation: Develop and organize technical documents, marketing materials, and reports in both English and Chinese.

• Statistical Evaluation: Analyze market data, generate insights, and support decision-making with actionable reports.

• Event & Training Coordination: Assist in planning and executing customer events, product training sessions, and industry exhibitions.

• Customer Surveys & Market Research: Design and conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and perform competitive market investigations.

• Customer & Dealer Visits: Organize and participate in visits to key clients and dealers to strengthen business relationships.

Requirements:

• Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written, with technical proficiency).

  • Native Chinese with expertise in technical agricultural terminology.

  • Additional language skills (e.g., French or German) are a plus (not mandatory).

• Technical Knowledge:

  Background in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Agricultural Engineering.
  

  • Basic understanding of agricultural machinery and agronomic principles.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Open-minded, proactive, and adaptable to multicultural environments.

  • Willingness to travel frequently (domestic & international).

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced skills in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint (presentations).
