1. Key Responsibility:
1）Formulate integrated anti-fungal brand strategy and plan of actions
2）Lead the brand team to develop and upgrade marketing campigns to reach
business target.
3）Work closely with x-function teams to ensure fully align brand strategy and
messages.
4）Explore innovative innitiatives to drive business growth.
5）Establish task forces and workflows, regularly tracking and reporting on
project progress to ensure timely completion of tasks and achievements.
6）Frequently communicate with ICO team to faciliated brand development in China
7）Cultivate team members to build strong marketing capabilities
2. Capability requirements
1）Education: Master's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, Marketing, or
related fields.
2) Experience: More than 10 years of work experience in MNC pharmaceutical
companies, more than 5 years of work experience in marketing (preferably in the
Anti-infectious area)
3）Strong strategic formulation capability
4）Familiar on large-scale pharmaceutical projects design and managment
5）Proficient in communication, be able to achieve strategic cooperation goals
with cross functional teams.
6）Proficient in PPT, data analysis, business insights, and fluent in English.
7）Proactive and good at learning, MBA is preferred.
