Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in requirements analysis and technical discussions;
independently design system architecture and implement high-quality code
solutions.
2. Take ownership of system planning and continuously drive optimization and
upgrades to enhance system performance, stability, availability, and
scalability.
3. Conduct technical research and tackle key technical challenges, providing
innovative solutions to complex problems encountered in system and project
development.
4. Lead and participate in backend development reviews and code inspections to
ensure adherence to best coding practices and maintain high code quality and
maintainability.
5. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and actively
promote the adoption of relevant technologies within projects to drive
technical advancement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a
related discipline; minimum of 5 years of hands-on development experience in
the internet or software industry.
2. Strong proficiency in Java programming, with a solid understanding of JVM
internals and expertise in Java IO, multithreading, and network programming.
3. In-depth knowledge of distributed system architecture and principles;
hands-on experience with mainstream development frameworks such as Spring Boot,
Spring Cloud, MyBatis, message queues (MQ), and Elasticsearch (ES).
4. Proven experience in database design and performance tuning; proficient in
both relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB,
Redis).
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; resilient under pressure,
with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
6. Passionate about technology, with a self-driven mindset and a commitment to
continuous learning; well-informed on the latest industry practices and
emerging technologies.
7. Strong English language skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and
verbal communication.
8. Candidates with practical experience in AI-related projects, particularly
involving large language models (LLMs), including their integration,
optimization, and actual applications, will be given priority.
