- Enhance Lockton’s Brand Awareness: Drive the promotion of Lockton’s People Solutions brand, with a focus on corporate healthcare and wellbeing, across Greater China.
- Develop Strategic Healthcare & Wellbeing Initiatives: Design and implement a market-leading healthcare and wellbeing strategy for Greater China, incorporating innovative products, services, and technologies to differentiate Lockton’s People Solutions propositions.
- Strengthen Supplier and Vendor Relationships: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing suppliers and vendors, while establishing new strategic partnerships to complement and expand Lockton’s People Solutions offerings.
- Collaborate on Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities: Partner with new business and account management teams to cross-sell and up-sell health & wellbeing products and services, increasing client portfolio penetration and providing comprehensive solutions that address clients’ benefits and talent management needs.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Lead efforts to generate additional revenue and diversify income streams related to health and wellbeing offerings.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Act as the go-to expert for corporate wellbeing propositions, products, and services, providing guidance and thought leadership across the organization.
- Foster Collaboration: Strengthen partnerships and alignment with Property & Casualty (P&C), regional, and global teams to enhance service delivery and innovation.- Enhance Brand Awareness: Support initiatives to build public awareness and foster a positive brand perception of Lockton’s People Solutions among key stakeholders.
- Design and Implement Wellbeing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive corporate wellbeing strategies and consulting programs to enhance client participation and engagement across Greater China.
- Drive Client Relationships: Build and strengthen client relationships on wellbeing-related projects, generating revenue through the implementation of tailored products and services.
- Identify Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell wellbeing products and services to existing clients and new prospects.
- Track and Monitor Wellbeing Projects: Monitor the progress and performance of corporate wellbeing projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent engagement.
- Establish New Strategic Partnerships: Explore and develop strategic partnerships to create innovative wellbeing solutions
tailored to corporate client needs.
- Develop Marketing Content and Collateral: Plan, create, and coordinate marketing content and collateral for People Solutions in Greater China, across various formats such as articles, newsletters, presentations, and webinars.
- Coordinate Business Events and Webinars: Organize and support occasional business events and webinars for corporate clients to promote key offerings and initiatives.
· Foster Internal Collaboration: Strengthen collaboration with Property & Casualty (P&C), global, and regional teams by proactively sharing knowledge, best practices, and tools to drive alignment and innovation.
