• Structural steel
• Heavy plate work

Location: Tianjin

You will be
responsible for providing support and assistance for the compilation of
Target Estimates and proposals for the site - including lump sum projects,
budget prices and variation/emergent work cost estimates.

This will
include reviewing pre - established target estimates, visiting site
locations, liaising with clients to obtain information and calculating costs
for the tender.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and coordinating tenders, handling enquiries and providing expertise relevant to tendering and estimating;

• Preparation of tender submission documents in line with client and company requirements;

• Coordinating subcontractor quotations;

• Participation in tender reviews with seniormanagement and cost variations as required;

• Participating in pre-award negotiations; and

• Liaison with the project team to ensure timely
  and efficient handover of deliverables.

The minimum requirements are:

·Industry Background: Steel Structure, Fabrication,
Mining Industry

·Comprehensive knowledge of Tendering and Project Engineering;

·Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
- civil, structural, mechanical and/or pipeline fabrication and installation.

·Knowledge and understanding of MTO, BOQ
and the development of the qualitative documentation associated with large
scale maintenance contracts and associated pricing structures and
requirements;

·Proficiency at international project tendering and contract management;

·Good Spoken and Written English

·Good knowledge of electrician instrument is desirable.
