工作职责 Job Descriptions

1）工艺管理 Process Management

a.负责新产品工艺过程开发和过程可行性研究；

Be responsible for the development of the process for new products and the
feasibility study of the process.

b.监督生产工艺流程的优化与标准化，持续改进生产质量、成本与效率。

Supervise the optimization and standardization of the production process, and continuously improve production quality, cost, and efficiency.

2）新项目自动化开发 New Project Automation Development

a. 领导自动化项目的规划、设计与实施，统筹负责新设备的开发及导入工作；

Lead the planning, design, and implementation of automation projects, and take overall charge of the development and introduction of new equipment.

b. 协调跨部门资源，确保新项目按时交付并达到预期效益。

Coordinate cross - departmental resources to ensure that new projects are delivered on time and achieve the expected benefits.

3）IT 管理 IT Management

a. 负责公司IT基础设施、网络、软件及数据安全管理，保障系统稳定运行；

Be responsible for the management of the company's IT infrastructure, network, software, and data security to ensure the stable operation of the systems.

b.为公司其他项目、应用、系统的建设,给出IT方面的专业建议与配合实施落地；

Provide professional IT advice for the construction of other projects, applications, and systems of the company and cooperate in their implementation.

c. 配合集团战略，对相关项目给予必要的本地支持。

Support the group strategy and provide necessary local support for relevant projects.

4）基础设施管理 Infrastructure Management

a. 统筹负责工厂内基础设施的建设与维护；

Take overall charge of the construction and maintenance of the infrastructure within the factory.

b. 负责工厂内能源管理。

Be responsible for the energy management within the factory.

5）对所在部门的环境、职业健康、安全工作负全面责任，确保部门工作符合公司《环境职业健康安全责任制》中所述部门职责要求。

Take full responsibility for the environmental, occupational health, and safety work of the department, and ensure that the department's work meets the requirements of the department's responsibilities stated in the company's
"Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Responsibility System".

6）领导安排的其他任务。

2. 任职资格 Qualifications

1)大学本科以上学历，熟练使用各种办公软件；

Bachelor degree or above, familiar with MS office software;

2)具备跨国公司的工作经验；

Working Experience of international company；

3）熟悉工艺管理、自动化开发、IT 系统及基础设施管理等相关知识；

Be familiar with relevant knowledge in process management, automation development, IT systems, and infrastructure management.

4）良好的沟通技巧，英文可作为工作语言；

Good communication skill, using English as a working language；

5）具备优秀的领导能力、团队管理能力和沟通协调能力；

Possess excellent leadership, team management and communication and coordination skills.

6）具有较强的创新意识和解决问题的能力。

Have a strong sense of innovation and problem -solving ability.
