  all work on schedule according to monthly plan and annual plan. Meet the
  requirement of performance measurement. 按照年度计划、月度计划完成部门工作任务，工作质量达到设定的标准

职位描述：

• Support
  CFSW current production products 支持康明斯燃油系统（武汉）有限公司现产品
• Create
  and track schedules of VPCR projects, validation tasks and deliverables 创建并跟踪产品变更项目计划，完成相应验证任务及交付
• Source
  approval for localization 国产化工作的货源发放
• Propose
  new ides to make "design led cost reduction" and finish the
  design work 建议新的设计方案从而降低成本，并且完成设计任务
• Submit
  EJR（engineering job request) to create/revise
  drawings 提交EJR来创建/修改图纸
• BOM/drawing
  management BOM/图纸管理
• Work
  on quality improvement at CFSW 管理康明斯燃油系统（武汉）有限公司的质量改进
  
  -Conduct failure analysis using 7-step and FTA processes 使用七步法以及故障树进行失效分析
  
  -Support PIC/BIS/PQC related quality issues 支持PIC/BIS/PQC相关质量问题
  
  -Communicate quality improvement updates to customers 和客户沟通质量改进进展
• Communicate
  ongoing work at CFSW with cross-function teams and communicate ongoing
  work at all CFS facilities related to current products和内部多功能团队以及康明斯燃油系统全球其它工厂沟通现产品工作进展

Requirement: 岗位要求：

• Bachelor
  or Master degree, major in Mechanical engineering (engine/vehicle
  preferred). 本科或硕士学历，机械类专业硕士学历（发动机/车辆更好）
• Familiar
  with engineering problem solving processes 熟悉问题解决流程
• Experience
  with DFMEA, DVP&R, DVA，Design
  Reveiw 有DFMEA,DVP&R, DVA，以及设计评审工作经验
• Skill
  of mechanical, material, structural knowledge and data analysis机械、材料、结构知识和数据分析技能
• Proficient
  in English (written and oral) and can communicate with English speakers
  from different countries 能有效地使用英语（书面/口语）和不同区域的人员进行英语沟通
• skillful
  for mechanical drawing and related software(PROE) 熟练掌握机械制图及相关制图软件（PROE）


• 3
  years min related working experience至少3年相关工作经历
• Ability
  of organizing and leading work team组织与领导工作小组的能力
