Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for application development and ongoing maintenance support with the following scope of duties:
1.Design and implementation of system application, system architecture and database structure
2.Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments, data and perform testing
3.Carry out system integration tests and user acceptance tests to ensure the stability in production stage
4.System checking and implementation of programs for performance tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance
5.Prepare system and operations documents and support for data migration
6.Participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery
7.Provide ongoing user and application support
Requirement
1.Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
2.A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT development with at least 3.3 years in application design in the following areas:
Java/web application using J2EE technology
Mobile application using Android or iOS
4.A minimum of 2 years of experience in design and implementation of IT systems running under Windows / Linux / UNIX Server environment
5.Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis, design and SOA
6.Proficiency in JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, XML, EJB, Eclipse, GWT, JSON, RESTful, Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedure, MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, Linux and UNIX shell scripting, Maven is preferred.
7.Knowledge in Tomcat, WebLogic and other application server technology will be an added advantage
8.Proven experience in delivering large scale application development projects
9.Good understanding of IT best practices and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, SSADM, RUP, etc)
10.Experience working with diverse teams of vendors, consultants, and contractors
11.Excellent technical writing / documentation skills
12.Fluent in oral and written communication
13.Good team player, positive attitude, innovative, self-initiating, eager to learn and share with other team members, hardworking, able to work under pressure and work independently
