项目助理

地点：北京

您的职责：

您将在各个领域为项目经理提供支持（例如，项目组织；总体项目主题；创建文件；参与定期沟通，并做好提前准备。）

您将负责制定议程和发送会议记录，负责项目团队的行政工作内容，并在必要时推动进程。

任职要求：

工业工程、机械工程、电气工程或类似领域的学士或硕士学位。

对汽车或其供应商行业有深入了解。

绿地项目实施阶段的知识（优先考虑汽车）

熟悉微软办公软件（主要是：PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook），懂Thinkcell者优先。

组织能力强，沟通能力强（如主动寻找机会面对面沟通）。

能够在多元文化和大型项目团队中进行沟通。

有车间管理经验者或者碳排放，可持续发展相关工作经验优先考虑。

普通话和流利的商务英语（懂德语者优先考虑）。

常驻北京。

• You will support the project manager in various areas (e.g. project organization; overarching project topics; creation of documents; participation in regular communication incl. preparation)

• You will be responsible for creating agendas and send out meeting minutes, caring about internal team topics and push those, if necessary.

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a similar field.
• First professional experience in industry and/or consulting – ideally with insights into the automotive or supplier industry.
• Knowledge of the implementation phase of a greenfield project (pref. Automotive)

• Familiar with MS Office (mainly: Power Point / Excel / Outlook), a plus is think cell.

• High self-organization and motivation to search the face-to-face contact.

• Ability to address open tasks to the right responsible persons.

• Ability to communicate in multicultural and large project teams.

• Business written and fluent spoken Mandarin & English (knowledge of further languages especially German would be advantageous).

• Experience in Shop-Floor Management or related to Sustainability would be preferable.

• Based in Beijing.
