您的职责：
›根据公司流程以及客户产品开发流程的要求，按时保质地进行产品开发。
›负责产品技术定义、对数据进行工艺可行性分析、确定结构方案、产品规格等。
›完成产品结构设计、快速件制作、结构验证、设计优化、工程图等。
›在零部件实物开发阶段中的内外部协调、零件开发、制作等。
›力求在保证功能、外观要求的情况下成本控制。
›协助处理客户提出的问题并参与解决。
任职要求：
›机械工程、生产工程、工业工程或类似技术课程的学位，并在汽车行业研发领域有五年以上的专业经验。
›熟悉汽车零部件开发流程，如熟悉内外饰开发，电气检测研发。
›理想情况下，已经具备应用常见工业工程工具的实践经验。
›熟练使用MS Office、CAD和CATIA。
›需要有很强的团队和沟通能力，有主见，有很高的应变能力和灵活性。
›优秀的沟通和表达能力，包括快速理解和积极倾听，良好的团队合作精神。
›能够在复杂的项目任务中独立与客户合作，并在国际项目团队中工作。
›流利的普通话和商务英语（书写和口语）；懂其他语言，尤其是懂德语者优先。
›常驻北京。

Research and Development (RnD) Engineers (f/m/d)
Location: Beijing
We can count on you here:
›In accordance with the requirements of the company's processes and the customer's product development processes, carry out product development on time and with guaranteed quality.
›Responsible for product technical definition, conducting process feasibility analysis on data, determining structural schemes, product specifications, etc.
›Complete product structure design, quick parts production, structure verification, design optimization, engineering drawings, etc.
›Internal and external coordination, part development, manufacturing, etc. during the physical development stage of components.
›Strive to control costs while ensuring functional and appearance requirements.
›Assist in handling the problems raised by customers and participate in their resolution.
This is how you convince us:
›You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or a similar technical course of studies and have at least 5 years working experiences in the automotive industry and in the field of RnD.
›Familiar with the development process of automotive parts, such as interior and exterior decoration development and electrical testing research and development.
›Ideally, you already have practical experience in the application of common industrial engineering tools.
›You are familiar with MS Office, CAD & CATIA.
›You are characterized by strong team and communication skills, assertiveness, high resilience and flexibility.
›Excellent communication and expression skills, including quick understanding and active listening, as well as good teamwork spirit.
›Capable of independently collaborating with clients in complex project tasks and working within international project teams.
›Fluent Mandarin and Business English (written and spoken), with proficiency in other languages, especially German, given priority.
›Based in Beijing.
