Key Responsibilities

1. Set up and manage system test environments, ensuring stability and repeatability.
2. Execute system test including functional, performance, load testing on Distributed systems.
3. Design, Develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve test coverage and efficiency.
4. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations.
5. Collaborate with development and operations teams on daily works.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

1. Understanding of system-level testing methodologies and best practices
2. Proficiency in Python and experience with popular automated testing frameworks (Pytest, Playwright, Selenium).
3. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
4. Knowledge of Rockwell Products is preferred
5. Experience with industrial automation or distributed systems (SCADA) is preferred.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
