Main responsibilities

1. Accurately make payments after sufficient approvals; make collection according to rules from bank

2. Update cash (bank) journal and pass sufficient source documents to accountant on daily bases.

3. Timely and accurately make cash and bank reconciliations at closing，accept period and unscheduled counting on pretty cash，checks，stamps, and etc.

4. Organize and complete cash forecast on D+6 each month.

5. Timely tax related bookings.

6. Timely and accurate tax declarations on all kinds of taxes related to our company.

7. Other related work requested by finance manager.

Education, professional background, required skills

1. Accounting Major at bachelor degree + at least 2 years’ experience + good command of computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheets, email, internet)

2. Autonomous,reliable, rigorous, independent, team spirit, good
learning ability

3. Understanding of Chinese GAAP and Tax system

4. English writing & reading is a must ;

5. Positive and cooperative internally and externally at work
