Train and develop the team members of the HW team

Support the HW development projects with your experience and guidance

HW specifications

Failure analysis

Personality requirements and skills

An academic degree in electrical engineering is a must

Experience in Automotive HW development is mandatory

Extensive experience in HW development

Ability to distribute and spread knowledge within the team

Respectful and cooperative communication to the team members

Excellent planning and organizational skills

The ability to analyse and solve complex problems

Entrepreneurial thinking

Experience in MATLAB and Python is considered as advantage

Fluency in English is mandatory, German and French are assets
