Educational Background
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering, Economic and Business management Technical Skills
At least 10 years broad automotive experience including at least 3 years of sales
management experience
Excellent understanding of sales, relationship building and customer relationship management
Demonstrated People Management skills, team building competence
Knowledge in market intelligence and business case analyses
Demonstrated strategy development skills and cross functional knowledge skills
International work experience will be strong advantage
Language Skills
Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)
French and German language skills are an asset

Responsibilities (job position)
Communication and cooperation with all IEE disciplines, especially China team
Build innovation competence and business development team force
Build the market intelligence by triggering, analyzing, reviewing, amending, customer/competitors/industry information gathering
Define the innovation strategy and action plan
Triggering, reviewing and approving the innovation solution in the market, from idea to solution architecture with business case behind.
Preparation and follow-up of product roadmap
Support sales for strategic quotation, turnover and margin analysis
Support R&D and engineering team for technical solution
Reviewing, approving and managing budget and resources
Top-level contact for echo system in the market
Ensuring lessons learned exchange with other functions within IEE
Regularly reporting of innovation activities to all stakeholders
Planning and deploying lobbying activities to the authority and strategic customers
