Educational Background
Academic degree in Information Technology (with focus on Systems, Telecom, Network or Security) or related discipline is considered an asset.
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in IT infrastructure management, system administration and IT support
Technical Skills
Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, Office 365, SCCM, GPO, Windows)
Virtual environment management (VMware ESX and vSphere)
Cloud solution like Azure and AWS
Storage Technologies (SAN, NAS)
Familiar with ITIL methodology
System administration and scripting on Linux operating system
Networking administration experience (TCP/IP, L2 / L3 network, routing, switches and configuration)
Knowledge/experience with the following tools is considered an advantage:
Nagios / Check MK monitoring system
VEEAM products and FORTIGATE firewall
Change management and infrastructure migration
Experience in manufacturing / industrial environment
DevOps methodology

岗位职责
Under the supervision of the Team Leader IT Operations and the support of the global IT team, the System and Network Administrator will perform complex professional work included but not limited to:
Supporting daily IT operation with servers, network and system administration
Managing full virtual infrastructure and hybrid cloud
New deployments of Windows based architecture on virtual environment and advance network and system administration of Linux operating system
Ensuring that IT system runs efficiently
Monitoring the overall performance of network, servers and applications
Taking care of IT security policy, the backup system and integrity of data
Setting up and updating systems and business applications following either suppliers or application IT team procedure and recommendation
Managing inventory of licenses for all systems and according to licenses contract agreement
Working on an infrastructure audit project in order to make sure that the company is compliant with the best practices' standards
Working in a global team and environment, knowing and applying ITIL methodology best practices
As a technical expert, the System and Network Administrator is the level 2 and 3 escalation contact for all Infrastructure related topics (technical escalation contact) at a global level
Providing problem solving, training and documentation for end users and IT support team
Taking care to respect existing service level agreement
Following IT activities within the ticketing system
Collaborating with and providing support to remote IT colleagues as well as database and application team
Being part of the on-call service rotation (24/7)
