You will be the Engineering Lead mainly but not limited to customer programs and introducing new RADAR products and systems as well as improvements.

You are expected to play a key role in our functional development, defining/deriving

the product specification and architecture, in close collaboration with functional specialists and your System Engineering peers.

Participating in assessing development ideas and generating the necessary engineering recommendations to pursue or not pursue product ideas.

Transferring of generic customer and stakeholder specifications into IEE system requirements

Responsibility for ensuring that our generic product is developed to customer needs

Definition and support of system test concepts

Perform engineering releases of system concepts

Leading design FMEAs

Presenting technical topics internally to customers and suppliers

Setting up and maintaining Engineering Configuration Management in close collaboration with the Program and Department Manager.
