本科及以上学历

专业技能要求：
熟练掌握C及C++
了解CAN LIN 等相关知识的优先考虑；
熟练掌握嵌入式软件开发工具的优先考虑；
工作职责：
工作内容主要分为三部分，
1. 单片机相关的功能测试，黑盒测试等
2. 代码类白盒测试
3. 工具类开发
- 编写技术规范、测试用例及测试计划
- 基于软件需求，执行软件功能测试
- 执行单元测试、软件集成测试并支持系统集成测试
- 支持软件开发工程师复制、分析、调试软件问题
- 遵循公司内部PSP流程，确保软件测试流程满足ASPICE 3级要求
- 文件归档和代码评审；
Educational Background
- Electrical Information technology, Computer, Communication or related profession bachelor degree.
Technical Skills
- Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong C or C++ programming experience
- Good understanding of the SW requirement, and good skill for test design.
- Good work habit to follow the company standard process.
- Knowledge of micro-controller hardware and peripherals
- Knowledge of automotive networks (CAN, LIN, K-Line) is considered an advantage
- Experience in embedded software development tools is considered an advantage
- Experience in Lab/Windows / VC++ / VB is considered as an advantage
- Fluent English is a must
Language Skills
- College English Test Band 4 (CET 4)
- College English Test Band 6(CET 6) preferred
Soft Skill
- Ability to work autonomously in an international environment creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
- Good self-study ability
- Good communication skill
- Organizational and leadership skills are a plus
Essential responsibilities
- Development of specifications, test cases and validation plans
- Conduct SW functional test based on SW requirement.
- Conduct module tests and software integration tests and support system integration tests.
- Support SW developer reproduce, analysis and debug the SW issue.
- Follow the PSP process to make sure SW validation procedure can meet ASPICE level 3.( Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capacity Determination）
- Conduct document and code reviews
