Basic Purpose:
Works with quality assurance engineer to manage the entire product line for assigned clients including the sourcing, quoting, sampling, scheduling, and New Product Development as well as the production and shipping of existing products. Ensures the lowest price, best quality, and
on-time delivery for the customer in accordance with the company mission.

Main Responsibilities:
1.Perform sourcing for new suppliers and conduct factory evaluation.
2.Initiate RFQ to factory.
3.Review factory quotation, conduct cost analysis and price negotiation with suppliers.
4.Complete formal quotation and proposal for customers.
5.Take the lead on scheduling and following up for new product development & production, including preparing timeline of tooling development, completing pre-production sample, participating in first production approval, etc.
6.Coordinate all shipping arrangements which include cargo space booking, inspection arrangement, container loading and shipping documents preparations, etc.
7.Create and maintain product and Purchase Order data in Source Information System.
8.Provide weekly shipping recap for customers and periodical project status report to management.

Requirements:
1. College graduate or above.
2. Fluent in spoken and written English.
3. Minimum 2- year work experience in sourcing, purchasing, foreign trade area.
4. Experienced in managing projects such as metal, plastic, wood, ceramics, etc.
5. Customer focused, detail oriented.
6. Strong teamwork spirit.
