Job Requirements:
1.P&L Ownership: Drive global profitability, margin expansion, and top-line growth. Provide financial insights to guide commercial decisions and operational execution.
2.Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead the global planning process, including the development of accurate revenue, cost, and cash flow forecasts aligned with company objectives.
3.Business Partnering & Commercial Support: Act as the primary finance partner to business. Leading annual planning, pricing strategy, deal reviews, and ongoing forecasting. Analyze margin mix and commercial deal structures to support profitable growth.
4.Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance statutory regulations, and tax requirements for robust balance sheet controls and ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting.
5.Optimize and standardize accounting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy, and drive seamless integration between financial systems and business operations.
6.People Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
7.Working together with board secretary for IPO preparation.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA、ACCA is necessary.
2.Familiar with China, HK, Singapore, America, Ireland financial regulations are mandatory. Prefer overseas working background in previous working years.
3.15+ years of progressive experience in finance and operations, including business partnering with senior leaders and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
4.Demonstrated success in managing finance across multiple regions, countries and working in matrixed, global organizations.
5.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills with agile mindset.
6.Fluency in Chinese, English and Cantonese is mandatory.
7.Willingness to travel as required (up to 20%).
8.Airplane、finance leasing related background is preferred.
