岗位职责：

1. 根据市场人员的需求进行日常询价、报价，能够独立完成各类中英文文件的审核工作；

2. 熟悉订单操作流程，能够独立负责售前、售中、售后的工作，与相关的各部门配合沟通和协调各项工作的开展；

3. 及时跟进询报价情况和订单进展，协助部门经理进行各项数据的汇总和存档工作；

4. 对供应商、客户等进行定期评估与审核；

5. 能够发现实际工作中的问题，并结合实际情况做出合理性的建议。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，理工科、民航或国际贸易专业优先，对数字敏感 ；

2. 2年以上航材采购、销售相关岗位工作经验；

3. 英语六级或以上，具备良好的国际商务函电写作技巧和中英文口头表达能力；

4. 熟悉进出口业务流程； 对适航、质量体系有基本了解；

5. 良好的团队合作意识，有较强的沟通和学习能力。

Responsibility:

1. Daily inquiry and quotation according to the instructions by marketing personnel, able to view the documents in English and Chinese independently.

2. Familiar with the process of order, able to take charge of pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale work independently, communicate with related departments and coordinate the development of various work.

3. Timely follow up the quotation, inquiry and order progress, assist department manager to summarize and archive the data.

4. Conduct regular evaluation and audit of suppliers and customers

5. Able to find problems in practical work and make reasonable suggestions.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in science and engineering, civil aviation or international trade preferred, sensitive to numbers.

2. At least 2 years relevant working experience in aviation material purchasing and sales.

3. Cet-6 or above, good writing skills in international business correspondence and oral communication in Chinese and English.

4. Familiar with import and export business process; understand the knowledge of airworthiness and quality system.

5. Good sense of teamwork, good in communication and learning
