- 建筑学相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 1年以上设计院或事务所工作经验，有海外留学或工作经验者优先考虑；
- 拥有国际视野、良好审美和设计水平，参与过大型商业、公共建筑等较为复杂项目的方案设计和方案深化工作，与施工图设计院有项目对接和实施的经验;
- 对建筑设计和艺术有浓厚兴趣，良好的手绘能力和手工模型能力，能熟练应用多种设计软件如AutoCAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、3D Max、InDesign、Rhino等设计绘图软件；
- 关注细节，拥有较强演讲展示能力；
- 责任感强，具备较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 1 year of relevant project design experience, preferably with overseas education or working experience.
- With international vision and sense of aesthetics, participated in the scheme design and deepening work of large commercial, public buildings, and other more complex projects, and have experience in project interface and implementation with design institutes.
- A keen interest in architectural design and art, good hand-drawing and modelling skills. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max, InDesign, Rhino and such software is required.
- This position requires a high attentiveness to detail and professional presentation skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility, and effective interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
