The Position: Café Manager – Shanghai
As Café Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our café operations. From maintaining top-level service to ensuring a clean, organized, and inspiring café environment, you are the person who brings our hospitality experience to life.

The ideal candidate is service-minded, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality - from the perfect espresso to the atmosphere of the space. You enjoy working in a dynamic store environment and are ready to support the wider team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the café and ensure high standards in quality and service
• Maintain café cleanliness, hygiene, and organization - indoors and outdoors
• Manage café inventory and ordering
• Plan seasonal product offerings and coordinate simple menu additions
• Coach and mentor other sales advisors on basic coffee making
• Engage with customers on products and events
• Host customers with warmth and attentiveness, aligned with our brand values
• Coordinate and execute occasional café-related events
• Support on the retail floor when needed

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in café, hospitality, or barista operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable
• Fluency in Mandarin; English proficiency preferred
• Comfortable working weekends and supporting retail activities when needed
• Willingness to work on early mornings to support weekly rides
• Passion for coffee culture and customer experience
