Your Tasks
岗位职责
1. Advising our international customers on handling our combined axis and scan system in laser material processing.
提供客户在激光加工中使用多轴联动扫描系统的操作建议。
2. Commissioning and troubleshooting on-site for our combined axis and scan system.
在客户现场进行多轴联动扫描系统的调试与故障排除。
3. Analyzing customer laser applications regarding feasibility and requirements for our system.
分析客户的激光加工应用，评估其可行性及对我们系统的要求。
4. Gathering customer requirements and supporting development projects in creating solution concepts and system designs.
收集客户需求，并在制定研发项目中的方案概念和系统设计上提供支持。
5. Creating tool sets and workflows for customers to improve the usability of our combined axis and scan system.
为客户创建应用途径和工作流程，以提升多轴联动扫描系统的可用性。
6. Close coordination with the Solution Engineering Team at HQ in Germany
与德国总部的解决方案部门及产品管理部门紧密协调。
7. Conducting training for customers.

Our Expectations
基本要求
1. Completed studies in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.

2. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. The ability to communicate effectively with the headquarters in English on a daily basis and to understand complex technical documentation is essential.

3. Interdisciplinary role combining skill from the fields of software engineering, electrical engineering and laser process engineering.

4. Proficiency in C# and C++.

5. Experience in operating and programming technical systems, ideally in the field of automation or motion control systems.

9. Willingness to travel within China.
