职位描述
岗位职责:
负责国内外客户检验需求的对接与流程协调,确保检验订单顺利完成
协调内部技术团队、实验室及外部客户,跟踪检验进度
维护客户关系,解答国内外客户的疑问
检验报告及发票的出具
完成主管上级交办的其他工作任务。
职位要求:
本科及以上学历,
2-3年或以上工作经验、贸易跟单或客户协调相关工作经验
有检测机构、认证行业背景优先
理工科背景兼具物流、国际贸易及商务英语等相关专业背景优先;
英文六级或以上优先,英语读写能力强,擅长商务英语商务邮件
具备优秀的沟通协调能力与客户服务意识;
品行端正、工作态度积极主动,责任心强、良好的抗压能力及团队协作精神 能熟练使用办公软件,如Word、excel;
Job description
Coordination client about inspection inquiry
liaisiion with the domestic/ foreign customers to ensure the inspection appointments performed smoothly;
Coordinate internally with technical team, laboratories and external with customers, tracking inspection progress;
Maintain the relationship with customers, answer questions
inspection reports and invoices issurance;
Other tasks assigned by Supevisors/ or line managers.
Job requirements:
Full-time Bachelor's degree or above
2-3 years of working experience
CET-6 or above is preferred, good English skills in reading/ writing English, good at business English business email
inspection and testing, trading assistant or customer coordination
science/engineering, logistics, international trade, and business English background are preferred
Good at communication and coordination skills and customer service awareness.
proactive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, good stress resistance, and teamwork spirit
Good at Office software :Word, Excel ;
