职位描述

任职要求:

- 本科学历,化学及英语相关专业背景优先。

- 具备强烈的客户服务意识,品行端正

- 2-3年或以上工作经验,有检验检测行业经验者或客户服务经验者优先。

- 英文六级或以上,英文听说读写熟练,掌握基本英文商务邮件

- 能够胜任工作压力

- 强烈的责任心,面对压力环境能够分析和解决问题

- 熟练使用MS Office办公软件 WORD, EXCEL,POWERPOINT

- 请同时提供中英文简历


Job Requirements:

- Full-time bachelor degree, major in engineering or chemistry is preferred

- Strong sense of customer service and integrity

- 2-3 years or above working experience in sales/customer service/inspection and testing industry is preferred.

- CET 6 or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing

- Able to work under pressure

- Strong sense of responsibility, able to analyze and solve problems under pressure

- Proficient in MS Office software such as WORD, EXCEL and POWER POINT

- Please also provide your resume in Both Chinese and English


Key Responsibilities:

Taking a client-facing customer service role:
- receive customer queries from different sources (email; call-in; etc.)
- response to customer queries regarding assay capability; TAT; sample requirement etc.
- arrange the submission of assay work
- timely update to customer on sample receipt, job arrangement etc.


Taking job and sample management function as below:

- Job creation and registration

- Liaise with workshop and lab upon sample receipt, timely arrange sample

delivery to the lab,

-Timely arrange assay work of samples

-Subcontract the assay when necessary and obtain the assay result
