Key Responsibilities:
Lead operation team on daily operation delivery to ensure the performance and meet KPI/SLA
Keep good relationship with client, coordinate and solve issues between client and operation team, and lead team to provide high quality service
Inculcate the culture of continuous improvement in the process, drive employee engagement and deliver productivity commitments
Drive the key metrics to ensure to meet the financials and corporate measurement target
Team management to ensure the stable operation.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in F&A domain (RTR)
Minimum 3-5 years team management experience with large teams of 15+ members
Excellent communication skills in English, both written & Oral; good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and willing to take challenge, new account transition experience is preferred
Ability to multitask and drive several initiatives in parallel … Ability to handle multiple stakeholders
Innovation ability to build Smart and Lean processes
Collaborative and Influencing skills, especially with client and other onshore teams to resolve obstacles
ERP software proficiency is preferred (SAP/ORACLE/Dynamic, etc.).
