职位描述 :
1. Media Operation Management
Media Strategic Execution Management: Oversee daily operation of agency for both JD.COM & JDBS stores to ensuring their tactical execution aligns with our overarching strategy
Daily Media Performance Tracking: Conduct day-to-day tracking of media KPIs (ROI, New Customer Acquisition, CTR, etc.). Proactively call out risks and support to implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Data-Driven Media Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of data-driven media strategy. Oversee execution of refined audience investment to ensure TA x Product matching logic and improve TA performance
2. Store Traffic Operation Support
Store Traffic Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing daily traffic for both JD.COM & JDBS stores, identifying daily performance of paid traffic and free traffic.
Cross-team coordination: Coordinate daily business & traffic information communication (e.g. sales plans/performance, campaign phasing changes, portfolio stock changes) between internal teams (EC, CSA etc.) and agency to ensure media agilely react to any changes and fully support store traffic injections.
3. Internal Process Support
SOP Optimization: Assist in refining internal media SOPs to improve collaboration efficiency between brand, media agency, JDP and customers.
Financial Operation: Manage part of the monthly financial process, including internal PO placement and budget progress tracking
职位要求:
•1-2 years' experience in EC media (Agency or Brand side). Experience for JD platform is preferred.
•Knowledge of EC media tools (Jing-Zhun-Tong) and data tools (Shangzhi, Shufang)
•Strong data sensitivity and data processing capabilities
•Good communication skills to manage both agency and internal stakeholders
