岗位描述
1.This position major support JAPAC region compliance project on Japan and some APAC country to check: 1) review the necessarily of existing vendor to find consolidation opportunity 2) Make sure existing vendors to have necessary assessment per company policy 3) Make sure the key vendors should have contract to reduce risk.
2.Besides support JAPAC compliance project, this position also close work with global an local procurement team to find procurement project to have cost benefit for the company and also support on JAPAC region necessary report
Main task/Duties/Responsibilities
1） （60%）Work on Quest project to review all the existing vendors to meet company policy requirement major for Japan and some APAC country (un-completed work)
2）（20%）Coach & training key users on Indirect procurement process in APAC/Japan area
3）（15%）Reports, spending analysis, procurement documentation management to fulfili compliance requirement and regularly communication with business leader to understand needs, prepare in advance
4）(5%) Support region procurement project and other tasks if necessary
