职位描述
Key Result Areas:
1.Plan and develop APAC Brand Experience strategy and annual plan.
2.Continuously elevate brand image by driving consistency of local creation with global creative direction, meanwhile maintain high local relevancy with great diversity and frequency.
3.Continuous to improve the offline store consumer experience by partnering with commercial team, brand marketing, CRM.
4.Lead APAC VM calendar, channel brand experience toolkits development and download.
5.Support all new-store opening, store renovation, store re-fits project and as a key person to drive alignment between global, local commercial team, landlord to ensure store image is on-brand and meet commercial’s needs with local relevance.
6.Support brand image exposure of omni-channel: offline in-store, online livestream etc. to enhance offline-store peel off rate and online in store traffic.
7.Responsible for implementing and managing omni programs in China.
8.Prioritize and implement digital omni-initiatives to increase the shopping experience. Ensure the omni channel programs are well designed and well received by commercial teams through strategic thinking and good deployment.
9.Budget owner of brand experience for both AHQ and China
10.Team leader to build a capable and high-performance Band experience team.
