工作内容

• Prepare, manage and administer commercial contracts and licensing management execution for China.

• Communicate and work closely with the legal, finance and sales department on the negotiation of the relevant contracts.

任职要求：

• Software Contract experience is a must have

• Possess Diploma from a recognized university/college.

• A background in Commercial finance operations is an advantage

• No requirements for a legal qualification but diploma in law would be advantageous

• 2-3 years of relevant experiences

• Ability to work in fast paced environment to ensure that contracts and licenses for software products and services are issued or renewed on time

• Software licensing experience preferred

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and knowledge of English is an added advantage.

• Good in details and meticulous.
