服务描述/ Brief description of service :
1.Deep knowledge of organic reactions, effectively conduct laboratory experiments utilizing established internal and existing literature procedures. Evaluate and solve synthetic problems with certain degree of independence. Design synthetic access to target molecules.
2.Synthesis, purification and analysis of new perfume ingredients on milligram, gram and multi-gram scale.
3.Optimization and up-scaling of chemical processes.
4.Documentation of experimental data in English, observations and conclusions.
5.Maintenance of the lab equipment and the stock of basic chemicals.
6.Good knowledge of safety of laboratory work.
7.Help to maintain a tidy and clean workspace.
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required :
1.Master degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry with 1+ year’s work experience, or Bachelor degree with 3+ years’ work experience in organic synthesis.
2.Participate actively in discussions and group seminar.
3.A skilled preparative organic Chemist with good organic synthesis experience and deep knowledge of organic reactions.
4.In depth knowledge and experience in analysis (NMR, GC-MS) and organic purification technology.
5.MS Office, CS ChemOffice (ChemDraw), Scifinder, Reaxys.
6.Team player, resistant and ability to set the right priorities.
7.Good knowledge of safety in organic laboratory work.
8.Good command of spoken and written English.、
工作时间及薪资待遇：
工作时间：8:30-17:00，双休，节假日休息
薪资待遇：15-20k+13薪+10%年终
年休假：年假每年12天 ，15天病假（10天门诊，5天住院）（所有时间以在职时间按比例折算）
