岗位职责:

熟练试验室设备和检测仪器的操作；完成产品性能试验、成品定期性能检测，以及标准升版后相关条款的测试方法同步等相关工作；

Proficient in laboratory equipment and test instrument operation; Complete product performance test, regular performance test of finished products, external test of products, 3C certification and other related work;

协助做好检测中心整体检测能力的提升。

Assist in test centre department the ascent of the whole detection ability.

依据相关产品技术条件、检验规范、控制单，对送样、抽样的成品进行检测，并详细做好完整记录，按时完成率≥98％，准确率≥99％；

According to the relevant product technical conditions, inspection specifications, control sheet, the sample, sampling of the finished products for testing, and detailed complete records, on time completion rate is greater than 98%, accuracy is greater than 99%;

熟练掌握各种检测设备的操作步骤、接线方法并且熟悉各种产品的检测方式和性能标准，正确操作率100％；

Familiar with the operation steps , wiring methods of various testing equipment and the testing methods and performance standards of various products, with the correct operation rate of 100%.

在检测过程中能够及时关注检测情况，如发生异常时能够及时反馈给相关人员进行分析和处理，同时对过程做好详细记录、分析和判定，及时反馈率≥99％；

Can timely pay attention to the detection situation in the detection process. If there is any abnormality, timely feedback to relevant personnel for analysis and treatment. Make detailed records, analysis and judgment of the process at the same time,

认真填写好每一种产品的检测性能报告，及时送交给相关人员，及时反馈率≥99％；

Carefully fill in the test performance report of each product and send to the relevant personnel, timely feedback rate is more than 99%;

定期对产品检测情况进行相应汇总并及时发布，以便能够了解产品的最新质量状况；

Periodically summarize and release the test results of the products so as to know the latest quality status of the products;

对测试中发现的问题进行详细分析和准确定位，提出改进建议，跟进测试出现的问题直到解决。

Analyse and pinpoint the problems in the tests and offer improvement proposal as well as follow up the problems until solved;

参与检测中心的创新工作，包括但不仅限于：管理创新、检测方法和设备创新、产品创新等；

Participating in the examination centre of innovation work, including but not limited to: management innovation, testing methods and equipment, product innovation, etc.;

加强EHS意识，严格遵守操作规程；

Strengthen the awareness of EHS and strictly observe the operation rules;

在部门内部及部门之间进行有效通畅的沟通和团队合作；

Effective communication and teamwork within and between departments

根据公司业务需求或部门工作要求，及时准确地完成上级交待的各项任务，包括接受公司安排去其他部门或其他岗位的调动。

任职要求:

本科以上学历；

College degree or above;

机电（或电工）专业或具有相关专业知识；

Electrical and mechanical (or electrical) major or have considerable professional knowledge;

1年以上相关工作经验；

Possess three years or more experience in relevant work;

熟悉公司产品类别、相关检验条件、技术条件、国家标准等；

Familiar with product category, related inspection conditions, technical conditions, national standards, etc;

会熟练使用与产品相关的检测仪器，能读懂机械制图，电工知识。

Familiar with the use of product-related testing instruments, can read mechanical drawing, electrical knowledge.

熟练使用办公软件，如WORD、EXCEL等；

Familiar with office software, such as WORD, EXCEL, etc;

具良好的文字表达和沟通能力；

Have good writing expression and communication ability;

工作认真仔细，有责任心。

Work carefully and conscientiously with a sense of responsibility.

有良好的英语书面和口头表达能力。
