职位描述
岗位职责:
负责所属区域内工程销售目标及各项渠道指标的达成;
Responsible for achieving company’s project sales targets and channel indicators in the region;
负责所属区域内战略客户项目、重点工程信息及酒店信息的收集、报备工作;
Responsible for the collection and reporting of strategic customer projects, key project information and hotel information in the region;
负责所属区域内经销商工程业务的对接、产品培训及技术支持工作;
Responsible for the cooperation, product training and technical support of project business to distributors in the region;
负责所属区域内专业渠道的日常培训及专项推广输出;
Responsible for daily training and special promotion of professional channel in the region;
准确及时地完成上级领导交办的任务;
Accurately and promptly complete all the tasks assigned by superiors;
负责本职工作范围内涉及的EHS管理、沟通、协调工作。
Responsible for the management, communication and coordination of EHS within the scope of duty.
任职要求:
•本科及以上学历,专业不限;
Bachelor degree or above, no major requirements;
•受过市场营销、产品知识等方面的培训;
Trained in marketing, and product knowledge;
•接受公司新员工入职培训、安全培训及与本岗位相关的培训内容;
Accept new employee orientation, safety training and other job related training programs;
•3年以上相关工作经验,2年以上工程渠道销售经验优先;
At least 3 years related working experience, 2 years project channel sales experience is preferred;
•有从事建材及房地产行业相关营销经验者优先;
Marketing experience in construction materials and real estate industry is preferred;
•具备一定的沟通、演讲及培训技巧;
Good communication, presentation and training skills;
•工作主动性强;
Strong work initiative;
•有激情,性格开朗,能在压力下高效开展工作;
Passionate, cheerful, able to work effectively under pressure;
•熟练操作办公软件;
Proficient in office software;
•基本的英语读写能力;
Basic English reading and writing skills;
•能够适应频繁出差。
Adapt to frequent business trips.
