End-to-End PCBA Design and Implementation

Take charge of PCBA design for electronic hardware products, including schematic
diagram drawing and PCB Layout routing. Ensure the design scheme meets product
performance requirements (such as signal integrity, EMC compliance, and heat
dissipation efficiency) while being compatible with mass production processes.

Develop complete design documents (including BOM lists, design specifications, and test
standards). Facilitate design reviews, resolve technical difficulties during
the design process, and ensure the feasibility and reliability of the design
scheme.

PCBA Mass-Production Support and On-Site Technical Assurance

Liaise with PCBA manufacturers (e.g., contract manufacturers, SMT factories) to
oversee the full process of first-batch PCBA production and testing. This
includes pre-production process confirmation, in-production technical guidance,
and post-production analysis and rectification of defective products.

Provide onsite support based on production needs to promptly address design and process compatibility issues during mass production. Cross-regional business trips are required (frequency adjusted according to project progress; estimated 1-2 trips
per month, 1-3 days per trip) to ensure the smooth mass production of the first
PCBA version.

Cross-Regional Coordination for Product Integration Testing

Act as a key coordinator to connect teams in Verona (Italy), Turgi (Switzerland),
and Shanghai (China). Clarify the objectives, division of labor, and timelines
for product integration testing.

Synchronize testing progress and collect testing data from all regions (e.g., hardware function testing, compatibility testing, and stability testing results).
Resolve communication barriers and technical conflicts in cross-regional
testing, drive the timely completion of integration testing, and ensure the
overall delivery quality of the product.

Technical Collaboration and Project Advancement

Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to tackle technical challenges. Provide professional guidance (e.g., design techniques, troubleshooting methods) to
support team members in improving their technical capabilities.
