岗位职责:

严格按照QC部门管理制度及办法完成QC部门的日常检测工作，包括样品的领取、检测等，并按要求及时、准确地撰写实验记录。

Complete the daily test of QC department in strict accordance with the management system and methods of QC department, including sample collection and test, etc.And according to the requirements of timely and accurate writing of experimental records.

负责检测用细胞的培养、细胞活性、Binding、DNA和HCP等杂质残留检测等。

Responsible for detection of impurity residues such as cell culture, cell activity, Binding, DNA and HCP.

负责生物检测实验室的日常运行，如环境清洁、仪器维护等。

Responsible for the daily operation of the biological testing laboratory, such as environmental cleaning, instrument maintenance, etc.

负责生物检测方法及相关文件的撰写、修订。

Responsible for writing and revising biological detection methods and related documents.

负责生物检测方法的验证。

Responsible for verification of biological detection methods.

协助进行相关质量事件调查工作。

Assist in the investigation of related quality events.

任职要求:

本科以上或相当学历，生物、药学相关专业。

Bachelor degree or above, major in biology, pharmacy or related.

熟悉细胞培养，酶标仪，PCR仪，细胞计数仪，显微镜等仪器的使用。

Familiar with cell culture, microplate reader, PCR instrument, cell counter, microscope and other related instruments.

勤奋、认真，踏实，具有良好的团队精神、协作精神。

Diligent, serious and practical. Have a good team spirit and cooperation spirit.

有一定的GMP实验室背景。

Have a certain background in GMP lab.

具备一定的英语水平和基本的计算机操作技能。

Good command of English and basic computer skills.
