Responsibility:

1. Identify and develop potential customers in the construction, mining sectors to achieve revenue and market share goals in the local regions.

2. Keep a good relationship with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Provide technical advice on OTR tire selection, application, and maintenance to optimize performance for customers.

4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to train clients on tire benefits and usage.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

6. Work closely with the internal sales, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Mining or a related field.

2. Preferably in OTR tires or construction machinery.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English or other languages such as French/Spanish or Russian is required.
