· Support the Plant
Manager to ensure define and implement EHS responsibilities for all plant
levels (from department heads to operators).

· Ensure define all EHS
related guidelines, procedures and work instructions based on China and local
EHS laws, regulations and corporate standards, check they are correctly
implemented by the involved departments.

· Ensure implement of
EHS related training to improve employee’s mindset, especially for new employee
and job transfer employee.

· Organize regular
identification and evaluation activities for EHS hazards together with involved
departments.

· Organize regular risk
assessment activities and take preventive and proactive actions to eliminate
the risks, especially for machinery safety, chemical management, special
equipment, etc.

· Guarantee the role of
MMS for Safety and Environment either directly or through collaborators.

· Act as Management
representative for Environment Management System ISO14001 and Health and Safety
Management System ISO45001.

· Support the entire
plant organization to ensure the implementation of EHS Management Systems,
report the main KPIs concerned and continuous improvement in EHS performance.

· Work close with China
regional EHS and Global division EHS, ensure implement of best practice and
standards.

· Ensure plant fire
fighting system in good condition, involve in design and construction for new
FFS project.

· Work close with EHS
related authorities (safety, environment and fire protection), ensure timely
feedback and communication for requirements.

· Guarantee correct
supervision of relations with external third parties, especially for special
operation (hot work, work at height).
