selection of new buy components from external supplier and all sourcing phases

Act as “One-voice” towards Suppliers across all involved Divisions

Ensure supply risk analysis evaluation in the early project phase

Participate to Technical Analysis and validate suppliers solutions
in terms of Quality, Technical/ Process, Capability and Timing; in line with
the project team

Ensure lessons learned application through feasibility commitment
and Technical Analysis approval

·
Ensure the implementation of Plastic commodity state of the art
and best in class standards/practice requirements in supplier processes through
the application of Commodity Quality Check List

Ensure the transmission and implementation of Customer
requirements
