Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics planning, design and coordination of factories and warehouses: logistics layout design, logistics route planning, logistics process design, site and equipment demand planning, coordination and coordination of process department, regular reporting to management; /工厂和仓库的物流规划设计和协调执行：物流布局设计、物流线路规划、物流流程设计、场地和设备的需求规划、协作流程部门沟通与协调、定期向管理层汇报；

2. Planned and led the implementation of digital warehouse management projects/仓库的数字化管理项目的规划和牵头实施。

3. Continuous improvement of logistics process: collect the demand for logistics improvement of the factory, organize continuous improvement seminars regularly, review and evaluate the process improvement plan, develop action plans, and coordinate the implementation of improvement projects;/物流流程持续改进：工厂物流改进需求收集、定期组织持续改进讨论会，对流程改进方案进行回顾和评估、制定行动计划、协调实施改进项目；

4. AGV project implementation support: Participate in AGV system implementation and provide necessary support /AGV项目实施支持：参与AGV系统实施，提供必要支持。

5. Other logistics activities: Organize or participate in other logistics projects/其他物流活动：组织或者参加其他物流项目。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, industrial engineering or related/大专及以上学历，物流，工业工程或者相关专业；
2. At least 3 years logistics planning experience in automotive manufacturing company/至少3年汽车制造企业物流规划相关工作经验；
3. Proficient in Excel, familiar with SAP and other information systems熟练使用Excel，熟悉SAP等信息系统，
4. Good English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing/良好的英语听说读写能力。
