PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责与责任
● Leading the GZ Credit Control team to handle debt collection and credit control functions in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
领导广州信用控制团队,按照公司政策和程序处理债务催收和信用控制工作。
● Conduct weekly debt collection reviews with the team & Credit Control Manager to maintain the cash collection performance
每周与团队及信用控制经理进行债务催收回顾,确保现金回款表现达标。
● Liaise with customers and the sales /operation team in resolving outstanding accounts and disputes if any
与客户及销售/运营团队沟通,解决未结账款和争议问题(如有)。
● Leading the Credit Control to collaborate with related invoicing team to ensure special invoicing request from key account customers are fulfilled
领导信用控制团队与相关开票团队合作,确保满足关键客户的特殊开票请求。
● Prepare and maintain related weekly trackers to monthly collection target is achieved
准备并维护相关的每周跟踪器,确保月度回款目标达成。
● Collection system regular update and maintenance
定期更新和维护债务催收系统。
● Regular review and adjust individual team member’s assigned portfolio as considered appropriate
定期审查并根据需要调整每个团队成员的分配账款。
● Regular review and recommend appropriate dunning strategies
定期审查并推荐适当的催款策略。
● Develop talent as appropriate
根据需要培养团队成员的潜力。
● Ad hoc administration tasks or AR analysis as required

PERSON SPECIFICATION
职位要求
● Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
会计/金融或相关专业的高级文凭或以上学历。
● At least 3-years relevant experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or debt collection.
至少3年相关的应收账款、信用控制或债务催收经验。
● Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with various departments
具备较强的沟通、演示及人际交往能力,能够与不同部门高效协作。
● Mature, independent and able to resolve issues
成熟、独立,具备解决问题的能力。
● Willing to work under pressure and open minded
能在压力下工作,且具有开放的思维。
● Good team leader and team player with a good sense of responsibility
良好的团队领导能力和团队合作精神,责任心强。
● Self-motivated with positive working attitude
积极主动,工作态度积极。
● Proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel
精通MS Office,尤其是Excel。
● Immediate available is definitely an advantage
