较强的书面和口头沟通能力以及出色的人际交往能力。
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
良好的计算机操作技能，熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等。
Good computer operation skill, intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
经过培训或具有满足NMPA、EMA和FDA等GMP法规要求的相关经验。
Must be trained or have experience to meet the GMP regulations of NMPA, EMA and FDA, etc.
批判性思维、科学推理和解决问题的能力。
Critical thinking, scientific reasoning and problem solving skills.
3、工作职责JOB RESPONSIBILITY
负责样品的管理，且具有较强的沟通能力和总结能力
Be responsible for sample management, and have strong communication ability and summarization ability
日常测试样品的管理，包括测试样品的接收、入库、分发和备份样品的管理等;
Management of daily test samples, including reception, warehousing, distribution and management of backup samples
标准品的分发，分装，贴签，保存对应的温度，定期盘库
Distribution, packing, labeling, storage of corresponding temperature of Standard, and regular inventory
按照稳定性方案的要求按时、合规地开展稳定性研宄，包括稳定性样品的分装、入库、取样、送检、库存点和剩余稳定性样品的管理等;
Carry out stability study on time and in compliance with the requirements of the stability protocol, including dispensing, warehousing, sampling, submission, inventory point and management of remaining stability samples
对样品的生命周期进行管理，样品类型包括但不限于;日常测试样品、稳定性样品、法规留样样品和标准品;
Sample life cycle management, including but not limited to the routine testing samples, stability samples, regulatory retention samples, and reference standards;
主管其他指派的工作（如有）。
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor (when applicable）
