负责PowerSchool SIS系统，支持包校日常教学活动所需要的数据及信息系统需求。该职位承担着确保PowerSchool学生信息系统在各校园顺利运行的关键责任。与此同时，该职位负责与各校区的学术办公室协调跨校区评估。并负责利用和分析师生数据，支持各校区及跨校园学术团队。

Powerschool：
• 负责管理PowerSchool的运作、技术支持以及对教师和家长的培训。Responsible for managing the implementation, technical support and training of PowerSchool to the faculty and parents.
• 作为最终用户和系统支持的联络人，确保所有问题都能获得最佳解决方案。Act as a liaison with the end users and internal/external support to assure the best solution of all incidents.
• 积极管理PS，扩大其在学校的广泛使用，并提高员工的熟练操作。To actively manage PS and expand its school wide usage and to enhance staff fluency with its operations.
• 负责创建并维护 PS 系统相关直数据，包括但不限于课程、课表、学生信息、账号、测评标准、评分等地、家校联系会等，确保数据的一致性与连贯性。Responsible for creating and maintaining PS system–related data, including but not limited to courses, schedules, student information, user accounts, standards, grade scales, and PTC setup, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• 与员工和各部门团队成员合作，完成项目、数据请求、数据分析、报告和定制报告。Work with staff and various department team members on projects, data requests, data analysis, reporting, and custom reports as needed.
• 为行政和教学人员提供全面的培训和用户端技术支持。To provide comprehensive training and end-user technical support to administrative and teaching staff.
• 起草工作流程文件/标准操作规程和内部指示; To draft workflows for documentation/SOPs and internal instructions;
• 与校园排班团队合作，完成系统课表。To collaborate with campus scheduling (timetabling) team for implementing the master schedule.
• 具备数据清理和导入/导出的知识和经验。Knowledge and experience of data clean and import/export.
• 访问使用PowerSchool的优质学校，分享、学历经验，并带回包校。To visit high-quality peer schools who utilize PowerSchool to share experience and gain insights to bring back to YK Pao School.
• 管理备份和数据恢复。To manage the backup and data restore.
• 确保数据可用、可靠、一致、可访问、安全和及时，以支持组织的使命和活动。Ensure data is available, reliable, consistent, accessible, secure and timely to support the mission and activities of the organization.
• 为简单的页面定制提供内部开发。Provide in-house development for simple page customizations.
• 需要跨校区工作。Travels across all campuses is required.
数据中心 Data Centre：
• 随时准备为各校区学术办公室提供协调，并处理所有跨校园外部评估的直接需求(STAMP, CEM, Lexile等级等); Have a working underdressing, provide coordination within and between academic offices, and handle all direct needs of cross campus external assessments (STAMP, CEM, Lexile levels, etc);
• 维护原始数据收集、存储、导出和展示的标准; Maintain a standard for collecting, storing, exporting and exhibiting raw data;
• 协助行政人员独立获取学生外部评估数据资源以便使用; Assist administrative staff in independently accessing students’ external assessment data resources for their own use;
• 管理YKPS学生数据需求，包括通过行政服务要求的各种格式的数据(例如在线目录，成绩单，学术和人文关怀记录保存等); Manage YKPS student data needs, including requests for data in various formats directed through administrative services (e.g. online directory, transcripts, academic and pastoral record keeping etc.);
• 记录YKPS学生的外部评估，并为校园学术团队制作手册和培训材料; Document YKPS students’ external assessment systems and produce manuals and training materials for campus academic teams;
• 各校区学术负责人密切合作，制定、展示、实施并保持有效的学生学术进展跟踪的表格文件; Work closely with Deputy Head (Academics) and campus academic leaders to develop, present, implement and maintain effective longitudinal tracking of student academic progress in agreed excel document;
• 与各校区领导团队密切合作，安排家长、学生和教职员工满意度调查，并进行收集、展示和跟踪; Work closely with Deputy Head (Academics) and campus leadership teams to arrange parents’, students’ and staffs’ satisfactory survey and collect, present, track them accordingly;
