主要职责：
学术高级主任为所有与考试、报告以及政府课程和评估合规相关的事宜提供战略领导和执行监督。这一角色确保与国家在课程和考试实践方面的发展保持一致，包括国际文凭大学预科项目（IBDP），同时促进初中和高中学术课程之间的连续性。学术高级主任还领导用中文授课并参与政府测试的学科，确保在外部考试中取得成功并遵守监管标准。

战略与执行领导Strategic & Operational Leadership
• 监督与考试、报告以及政府合规（包括体育测试、健康检查和课程审查）相关的学术事务。
Oversee academic operations related to examinations, reporting, and government compliance (including sports testing, health checks, and curriculum inspections).
• 制定并实施前瞻性计划，将国家课程发展和研究成果融入中学考试实践。
Develop and implement forward plans to integrate national curriculum developments and research into examination practices into middle school programs.
• 确保考试系统的顺畅运行，包括内部和外部评估，并保持准确的记录。
Ensure smooth functioning of examination systems, including internal and external assessments, and maintain accurate records.
• 与副校长（学术）和教学主任合作，使学术重点与全校战略目标保持一致。
Collaborate with the Deputy Principal (Academics) and Director of Teaching and Learning to align academic priorities with school-wide strategic goals.

课程与测试合规 Curriculum & Assessment Compliance
• 确保全面符合政府课程和评估要求，包括接受检查和审计。
Ensure full compliance with government curriculum and assessment requirements, including inspections and audits.
• 密切关注国家在课程和考试实践方面的发展，包括国际文凭大学预科项目（IBDP），并就实施策略提供建议。
Stay abreast of national developments in curriculum and examination practices, including IBDP, and advise on implementation strategies.

Liaise closely with high school to ensure academic continuity and alignment between middle and high school programs.

要求：
 教育学或相关专业的学位 Degree in Education or subject-related field；
 至少五年担任学术领导职务的经验，具有课程开发和考试监督方面的经验；
At least five years' experience in a director level academic leadership role, with oversight in curriculum development and examinations
 管理外部考试和报告系统的经验；
Experience in managing external examinations and reporting systems.
 具有国际文凭大学预科项目（IBDP）或国际考试系统的经验；
Experience with IBDP or international examination systems；
 对政府课程和评估要求有深刻的理解。
Strong understanding of government curriculum and assessment requirements.
 具备领导学科部门以及与初中和高中团队合作的能力。
Ability to lead subject departments and collaborate with middle and high school teams.
 了解体育测试、健康检查或课程审查。
Knowledge of sports testing, health checks, or curriculum inspections.
