主要职责：
职责范围 SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Purchasing Senior Coordinator has the responsibility for ensuring that the sourcing of goods and services are purchased in accordance with YK Pao School’s Purchasing Policy. The position reports to the Purchasing Director and coordinates for and assist in Managing Project(s), or Branch of a Department, or Function area(s) in a department.
1. Manage all purchases for consumables, capital and maintenance service requirements according to needs of the institution, meeting annual objectives set.
2. Responsible for material sourcing, supplier partnership development, expedite purchase and vendor payment.
3. Responsible for new vendor development & qualification and new vendor code setup.
4. Assist Purchasing Director to carry out major procurement programs, projects including the signing of procurement contract and feedback summary of the work.
5. Response for Commercial category sourcing, negotiation, contracting and supplier management and especially support Marketing on planning of promotion goods (POS/PPG), advertising, media and sales marketing events.
6. Establish annual/term/monthly purchase plan based on needs and communicate with Purchasing Director or other team members as appropriate.
7. Ensure all purchase requests are approved and within the allocated budget.
8. Maintain all records of purchases, quotations, pricing bids and deliveries to ensure procurement compliance.
9. Setup and maintain the pricing benchmark database regularly and make cost driven analysis per each category purchasing items/services.
10. Other duties as assigned by the Purchasing Director.

1.Bachelor’s degree or above；
2.Preferably 3-5 years purchasing and customer service experience, ideally in a context that includes international staff；

61 Excellent in Excel and Power Point
61 CPSM, PMP, CSCP, FMP preferred
