主要工作职责Key Responsibilities:

1. 教学 Teaching and Learning
 根据学科组长制定的工作任务及计划制定教学计划、实施教学计划并评估课堂教学 Plan, teach and evaluate classes as designated by head of subject;
 确保教学符合学校的定制课程模式 Ensure that teaching and learning is aligned with the school’s bespoke curriculum model;
 根据课程要求为学生制定合理的短期目标，根据他们的能力教学 Set up reasonable proximal goals for students based on curriculum requirements; teach students in accordance with their aptitude;
 区分不同的学习类型以满足所有学生的需求，以确保他们的参与、接受锻炼 Differentiate learning to cater for full range of student needs to ensure they are engaged and challenged;
 利用科技手段强化学习，帮助学生在这一领域发展必要的技能和信心 Use technology to enhance learning and help students develop the necessary skills and confidence in this area;
 组织相关课外活动，强化学生的学习与发展 Organize related activities outside of the classroom to enhance student learning and development;
 尊重双语环境，满足母语和第二语言学习者的语言需求 Respect the bi-lingual environment and cater to language needs of both native and second language learners;
 主动与同事和家长沟通关于学生的学习问题 Communicate proactively with colleagues and parents regarding students’ learning;
2. 班级管理及行为管理 Classroom and Behavior management
 关怀学生，与学生建立亲密并充分给与支持的关系，建立加强学习的融洽关系 Develop a close and supportive relationship with students under your care; establish a rapport which enhances learning;
 协助学生关怀项目的实施（品格教育、积极纪律） Help deliver the pastoral programme (Character Education, Positive Discipline);
 为学生树立积极的榜样并认识到教师对学生福祉和个人发展的责任 Be a positive role model for all students in the school and recognize your responsibility for their well-being and development;
 建立一个让学生感到安全和舒适并勇于冒险的课堂环境 Establish a classroom environment where students feel safe and comfortable to take risks;
 确保课堂/学校资源准备充分、管理得当 Ensure that classroom/school resources are well prepared and managed;
 实施并确保学生遵循学校的行为政策 Implement and ensure students follow the School’s behavior policy;
 确保所有学生都得到尊重且公平的对待 Ensure that all students are treated equitably with respect and fairness;
 关注孩子们的进步和努力，而不仅仅关注结果或成就 Acknowledge children’s improvement and effort rather than just result or achievement;
3. 关系维护 Relationship management
 与同事相互配合、相互支持 Work co-operatively and supportively with other staff;
 为学生的最佳利益与同事和上级分享信息、想法和资源 Share information, ideas and resources with colleagues and line managers in the best interests of students;
 与父母建立信任、协作和相互尊重的工作关系，以共同教育学生 Build trusting, collaborative and respectful working relationship with parents in order to co-educate students;
4. 行政事务 Administrative Duties
 履行课堂管理的行政职能，如考勤、日常事务、缺席记录等 Fulfill the administrative functions of classroom management e.g. attendance, routines, absences
 确保对评估数据进行共享和存档 Ensure assessment data is shared and archived;
 与父母/照顾者及时沟通学生学习和福祉 Communicate in a timely fashion with parent/caregivers regarding student learning and well-being;
5. 更广泛地投入学校生活 Contribution to Wider School Life
 维护并达成学校的专业标准 Uphold and fulfil the school’s professional standards;
 支持和维护学校在社会中的声誉 Support and uphold the school’s excellent reputation in the wider community;
 以全人教育、国际主义增值和中国文化为重点，实现学校风气 Fulfil the school ethos by focusing on whole person education, internationalism appreciation of Chinese culture;

职位要求 Requirements:

• 大学本科以上学历
  

• 汉语言文学相关专业；
  

• 具备2-3年以上学校教学经验；双语双文化教师优先考虑；
  

• 相关教师资格证；
  

• 精通英语；
  

• 具有良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
